QUALIFICATIONS
• Male/Female
• Below 28 years old
• Knowledge in AutoCAD & 3D rendering
• Can do plan lay-outs, bill of materials and able to supervise projects
• Fast worker
• Experience is not necessary
• Willing to work in Sta. Ana area, boundary of Mandaluyong and Makati City
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Makes both hand drawings and computer-aided design (CAD) blueprints for various structures
• Collects necessary data and details before commencing the design project
• Analyse the needs and should plan accordingly.
• Prepares simplified estimates of exact requirements for construction.
• Prepares 3D demonstration for Interior designing.
• Check the plan once after completing the project whether the requirements are met with accuracy.
