Skill(s) / Requirements
-Must be a graduate of IT, Computer -Engineering or any related course; as the job requires knowledge on IT terms.-Must be quick enough to identify potentials and get excited by it.
-With good time management skills.
-Good research skills.
-Experience in IT and Marketing industry will be a plus.
-Must have stable internet DSL connection.
-Must be independent and responsible.
-Must be fluent in English.
-BPO background is a plus.
Responsibilities
-Headhunting.-Reading and classifying resume.
-Admin tasks.
-Screening applicant's resume .
-Sourcing for qualified candidates.
-Conducting In-depth Phone Interviews.
-Resource and background check, if needed.
-Report and evaluation creation.
-Updating candidates and applicant with regards to the status of their application.
-Work closely with other recruiters in terms of strategies and implementation of current and new processes
-Facilitate the implementation and collaborate with the appropriate people in making sure that the strategies are well in place and running smoothly
