Mister Donut has job openings a Shop Management Trainee position. Hiring of applicants is until February 25, 2012. Looking for flexible individual to be assigned in Metro Manila area.
Responsibilities:
-Facilitates business planning; sets a plan per shop.-Oversees delivery services rendered by the plant and ensures timeliness and completeness of delivery.
-Monitors daily sales and operations, labor hours and throw-away data.
-Reviews product movements to identify product mix.
-Regularly conducts business reviews of shop performance to identify opportunities or formulate action plans to address gaps.

-Facilitates use of operations data to evaluate performance, facilitate problem solving and prioritize improvement needs.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or in any Business related Course.
-Candidate with 1 year of job related experience in a food industry would be preferred.
-Candidate should be computer literate.
-Candidate should be proficient in verbal communication.
-Candidate must be able to create an immediate response and resolution to any customer complaint.
-Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
